The allowance counts customers entering personalized-offer evaluation, not conversations or coupons. Each customer counts once per day, including no-offer decisions. It resets at midnight in Saudi Arabia. Your operating rules may reduce the number of evaluations.
Are any AI features restricted on Starter?
No. Every plan includes all AI features, the store assistant, team inbox, manual offers, customer journeys and results reporting. The main difference is the daily personalized-offer customer allowance.
What happens when the daily allowance is used?
New customers stop entering personalized-offer evaluation until the allowance resets. This limit does not block the chat assistant or other features. Your dashboard shows usage and remaining allowance.
Does every customer receive a discount?
No. A visitor must meet your rules, and AI may decide not to offer a discount. Automatic offers run only after you enable them and configure your coupon policy.
Does Rafd support Arabic and English?
Yes. The assistant experience and merchant dashboard support both languages, including right-to-left Arabic layouts.
How do I subscribe or change plans?
Use the app page and app subscriptions in Salla. Salla manages payment, renewal and plan changes. Rafd updates entitlements after Salla confirms the subscription.
